Our proprietary Wearlon® coating technology exists as a silicon-epoxy block copolymer. Our silicone is chemically bonded to the epoxy, eliminating the risk of sacrificial surface bloom, silicone migration and contamination. This chemistry provides unique and long-lasting Nonstick and Anti-Friction performance for a broad range of applications.
Wearlon® Nonstick coatings are perfect for any application where release is needed.
Our Wearlon® nonstick chemistry is unique to our brand because our coatings are non-hazardous and easy to apply, curing at room temperature. Being permanent and having non-migratory silicon, these coatings have lasting performance.

Wearlon® Hydrophobic coatings thrive in any application involving water. Whether it's just plain old H2O or a slurry of gunk and water, our coatings' low drag and high contact angle deliver enhanced movement in water, easy clean capabilities, and a highly corrosion resistant coating.
With the ability to repel water, these coatings are inherently icephobic as well. Water particles have a hard time clinging and collecting together on a Wearlon® Hydrophobic coated surface, making it ideal for preventing ice buildup.
